Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Rug

Carefully roll your rug and secure it in its original protective packaging or a heavy-duty plastic wrap to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package over any old labels.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
